Member Support Specialist Weekend Availability at PATH Recreation & Fitness CenterAre you passionate about fitness and customer service? Do you thrive in an energetic environment and love making a positive impact? PATH Recreation & Fitness Center is looking for a Member Support Specialist to join our team!
This position requires weekend availability.
Membership Support Handle inquiries, process payments, and manage reservations with efficiency and professionalism.
Engage & Inform Provide helpful information about classes, activities, and special events in person, over the phone, and via email.
Give Facility Tours Help potential members feel at home by guiding them through our center and enrolling new members.
Maintain a Pristine Environment Keep the facility organized, restock supplies, and assist in keeping spaces clean and inviting.
Emergency Response Serve as a first responder in medical or building emergencies, following established safety protocols.
Support Team Success Take on additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional member experience.

CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).At least one year of customer service and cash-handling experience.
