Membership Sales Anytime Fitness - 3.7 Springfield, VA Job Details Full-time | Contract $17 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Conducting guided tours Fitness sales Time-based sales targets Activity sales targets Appointment scheduling Full Job Description Anytime Fitness - Springfield, VA We're looking for an experienced, results-driven salesperson to grow memberships at Anytime Fitness Springfield. This is not primarily a front-desk position . Your main responsibility is SALES - following up with leads, booking appointments, giving club tours, and closing memberships . Compensation Base hourly pay + uncapped commission The more you sell, the more you earn. Strong performers will have the opportunity to earn significantly above their base pay. Responsibilities Call, text, and follow up with leads Book appointments and conduct club tours Present membership options and close sales Generate referrals and new leads Meet monthly membership sales goals Assist with basic club operations as needed Who We Want Proven sales experience strongly preferred Comfortable with outbound calls and persistent follow-up Confident handling objections and asking for the sale Competitive, energetic, dependable, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment If you have a sales background and want your earnings tied to your results, we want to hear from you.
