About the Role As a Member Support Specialist , you'll work alongside your Club Manager, fellow teammates, and members of your local community to create an exceptional experience every day.

Your day may include:

Greeting every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism. Building genuine relationships with members and getting to know your community. Giving club tours and helping new members get started. Answering questions and providing outstanding customer service. Keeping the club clean, organized, and welcoming. Supporting club events, promotions, and community outreach. Looking for opportunities to improve the member experience every single day. Jumping in wherever you're needed because great teams succeed together. What You'll Need to Be Successful We're looking for someone who: Loves people and enjoys building meaningful relationships. Has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Brings enthusiasm, positivity, and high energy to every shift. Enjoys fitness and believes in living an active lifestyle. Is a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Is comfortable networking and becoming part of the local community. Here's what you'll enjoy: Pay ranging from $17.50-$21.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
