About the Role As a Member Support Specialist , you'll work alongside your Club Manager, fellow teammates, and members of your local community to create an exceptional experience every day.

Your day may include:

Greeting every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism. Building genuine relationships with members and getting to know your community. Giving club tours and helping new members get started. Answering questions and providing outstanding customer service. Keeping the club clean, organized, and welcoming. Supporting club events, promotions, and community outreach. Looking for opportunities to improve the member experience every single day. Jumping in wherever you're needed because great teams succeed together. What You'll Need to Be Successful We're looking for someone who: Loves people and enjoys building meaningful relationships.
