About the Role Dairy Direct LLC is seeking a highly motivated Salesperson. In this role, you will serve as a key driver of our commercial growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, ensuring outstanding in-market execution, and maximizing the performance of our product portfolio across your assigned region. Salesperson Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

Proactively identify market challenges and opportunities; develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners; resolve issues in a timely and effective manner to drive sustained revenue growth.

Distributor Management:

Provide strategic guidance and support to distributors; direct and optimize distributor marketing activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and maximize market penetration.

Market Execution & Monitoring:

Conduct regular market visits to assess and improve in-store performance across key metrics including product display, pricing compliance, promotional execution, SKU assortment, inventory levels, and product freshness.

Retail & Terminal Management:

Monitor and enforce distribution coverage, shelf placement standards, and product freshness at the retail and terminal level; identify gaps and implement corrective actions promptly.

Customer Complaint Resolution:

Oversee the collection, documentation, escalation, and resolution of customer and distributor feedback, complaints, and quality improvement suggestions; ensure all issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner.

Other Duties:

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support company goals and regional business objectives. Salesperson Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Prior experience in sales, account management, or trade marketing — preferably in the food, beverage, or consumer goods industry — is strongly preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong follow-through

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
