As a Reset Merchandiser with Advantage Solutions in Retail Operations, you'll execute planogram resets, build displays, and ensure shelves are stocked and properly signed for leading brands. You will travel to assigned retail locations, follow detailed schematics, move and stock product, install fixtures, and maintain clean, organized aisles. Working in a fast-paced, team-focused culture, you'll collaborate with store staff and teammates, capture project data, and meet scheduled deadlines while representing Advantage Solutions and our clients professionally. Responsibilities Execute planogram and schematic resets according to client standards Build, adjust, and install fixtures, shelves, and signage Stock, rotate, and front product to ensure full, organized shelves Verify product placement, pricing, and labels for accuracy Capture and report reset data, photos, and completion details via mobile tools Collaborate with store personnel and team members to complete projects on time Follow all safety, store, and company policies during resets Travel to multiple retail locations within assigned territory Maintain professional appearance and represent Advantage Solutions' brand Identify and communicate issues such as missing products or materials Required Skills Planogram and schematic reading Retail merchandising execution Fixture and display setup Inventory stocking and product rotation Use of mobile reporting tools/apps Basic data entry and photo documentation Time management and task prioritization Communication with store personnel Attention to detail and accuracy Physical stamina for lifting and standing
