Job Purpose:

This part-time entry level tole delivers sales fundamentals; distribution, shelving and merchandising goals on priorities agreed upon with the Region Manager at assigned base.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Executes OSC-WEBco's Standard Store Call Procedures and SFA Scans 2. Ensures distribution of all authorized items. Works with Store personnel to correct replenishment issues 3. Executes promotional opportunities and documents results using Display Tracker technology 4. Recruits, hires, trains Sales Assistants and Merchandisers 5. Develops and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external customers 6. Ensures proper product rotation and maintains shelf standards 7. Assist with product ordering at distributor/store level as required 8. Monitors and communicates competitive activity to Region Manager 9. Submits all reports in a timely and accurate manner Follow OSC-WEBco expense guidelines

Qualifications:

Proven success as a Sales Assistant or Merchandisers for a minimum 2/3 years. Demonstrated leadership skills in sales and retail execution functions. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Sound knowledge of the principals of merchandising sales and promotion. Demonstrated success presenting to groups and ability to anticipate and handle most objections. Competency using basic software; Word, Excel. Familiarity with laptop computer and iPad. Bachelor's Degree and/or minimum of 2 years Sales experience.

Physical Demands:

Operating a Computer, iPad and cell phone Driving to military bases and/or storage units daily. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl The employee must frequently lift and/or more up to 50 pounds.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 29.0 per week
