In this energetic role, you will combine expert sales techniques with creative visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping environment. Your bilingual skills, retail expertise, and customer-focused attitude will drive sales growth and ensure a memorable shopping experience for every visitor. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your retail talents while working in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, understanding their needs, and offering personalized fashion advice. Operate POS systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions, handle cash register operations, and manage cash drawer handling with accuracy. Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume. Maintain visual standards by merchandising products creatively, stocking shelves, and ensuring displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines. Assist in stock management by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and conducting stock replenishment to keep the store well-stocked at all times. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times. Supervise team members as needed, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies. We're looking for exceptional talent to join the Makk team!
