POSITION SUMMARY

Borden Dairy is seeking a client-focused and results-driven professional to join our team as a Merchandiser. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for all aspects of merchandising, including stocking, rotating, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and product visibility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Call on assigned accounts to communicate sales promotions and merchandising updates.
plan-o-grams, including stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products.
Rearrange shelving, clean refrigerated sections, and restock shelves as needed.
Ensure product displays are professional, appealing, and properly signed.
Reset displays and report any issues or opportunities related to products or merchandising.
Negotiate for additional shelf and promotional space.
Conduct store surveys and market analyses to understand customer behavior and optimize product placement.
Capture display conditions upon arrival to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Supports team and organizational goals through additional duties as required
