In this field-based role, you'll execute complex planograms, install fixtures and signage, adjust shelving, and ensure product placement meets client standards. You'll coordinate small teams, train newer merchandisers, and communicate progress with store and project leaders. Success in this people-first, safety-focused culture requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, physical, and deadline-driven retail environment with occasional travel and flexible hours. Responsibilities Lead and execute store reset and remodel projects Implement and adjust planograms to client specifications Install and move fixtures, shelving, and signage safely Ensure accurate product placement, labeling, and inventory presentation Train and support junior merchandisers during projects Communicate project status with store and SAS leadership Maintain safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor Document work completed and submit basic reports Travel between assigned stores as needed Work flexible hours, including early mornings or overnights when required Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading Store reset execution Fixture and signage installation Inventory and shelf tagging Team leadership Time management Attention to detail Basic reporting/documentation Travel and route planning
