What You'll Do:

Support the sales team by assisting with customer communication, follow-up, and showroom flow Help maintain a clean, polished, and visually appealing showroom Assist with merchandising, floor moves, tagging, signage, and display updates Help organize inventory, incoming product, and showroom transitions Support daily operational tasks including phones, guest reception, and scheduling assistance Learn product knowledge, sales process, and retail systems Play an important role in creating a great customer experience

What We're Looking For:

Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-focused Comfortable multitasking in a retail environment Driven, proactive, and eager to learn Weekend availability is a must Full-time availability preferred Prior retail, merchandising, customer service, or sales experience is helpful — but not required Why Mid State Furniture? $15
