As a Merchandiser with Jacent Strategic Merchandising, you will execute in-store retail merchandising programs for leading retailers and CPG brands. In the Retail Operations team, you'll service an assigned route of stores, setting and maintaining impulse displays, following detailed planograms, auditing inventory, and ensuring shelves and fixtures are clean, organized, and accurately priced. You'll work independently inside partner stores while collaborating closely with store staff and Jacent leaders to support data-driven category plans, new program launches, seasonal sets, and resets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Execute scheduled in-store merchandising visits for assigned retail locations Set, stock, and maintain impulse and display fixtures to planogram and retailer standards Audit product placement, pricing, and inventory; correct and report issues in company systems Build relationships with store management and staff to support retail programs Install new programs, signage, and seasonal/ promotional sets on time Capture photos, data, and notes to document execution and performance Monitor out-of-stocks and recommend adjustments to improve sales Follow company, retailer, and safety policies while working independently in stores Communicate regularly with Jacent field leaders on progress and store opportunities Support special projects, remodels, and resets as needed Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and execution Inventory auditing Retail math and basic data entry Use of mobile apps for reporting and photos Fixture and display setup Time and route management Store relationship management Problem-solving in-store conditions Attention to detail and visual standards
