Job Description
Store Merchandiser Representative Salary Range:
$18/hr. (Part Time)
Schedule:
Thursday-Saturday 10am - 2pm
The Opportunity:
As a Store Merchandising Representative, you are in a customer-facing job, where you have a fixed, part-time schedule.
Your main responsibility will be providing excellent merchandising and customer service. You will mostly work alone with a variety of tasks each day. After yourinitialtraining, your main goal will be to keep Hillman displays clean and stocked while meeting the needs of each customer you serve. What You Need A desire to serve others Enjoyment in working independently with a variety of work Your own transportation Experience reading and setting planograms Great communicationskills Occasionally ascend and descend ladders for stocking, fixtures, etc... Able tofrequentlywalk, stand, bend, twist, climb, kneel, see, and otherwise move as necessary to perform essential functions. Must be able to stand 5+ hours on concrete floors and position self to move according to directions Ability to withstand extreme temperature conditions such as hot and cold or wet environmental conditions and weather conditions. WhatYou'llDo Understand the client's company policies and procedures and follow them as directed. Create andmaintaina safe and clean work environmentin accordance withprocedures. Cut keys to customers' specifications. Stock product and report out of stocks. Demonstrate and train associates and customers on Hillman products. Guide customers on the benefits and features of the Minute Key machine including auto keys. Cross-merchandise Hillman products, replace missing or worn labels,POPand racks. Attend promotional in-store events Perform physical work necessary to tear down and/or assemble store displays, including racks and fixtures. Complete surveys as directed. Maintain key machines. Help train store personnel in key activity. Keep dailylogas instructed bystoremanager. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. Show up each day with understanding and patience: no list can becomprehensiveand sometimes, duties can change as needed, with or without notice.
