Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining seasonal Line Plans and Assortment Matrices. Manage style quantities, launch timelines, and product assortments by category. Create, maintain, and update Style Master data and product information in ERP/PLM systems. Track product development progress, including color, fit, fabric, and sample status. Conduct market and competitor research on trends, pricing, materials, colors, and product assortments. Coordinate product information, samples, and timelines across Design, Production, and Sales teams. Organize sell-through, reorder, and inventory data and assist with Best/Slow Seller analysis. Support preparation for trade shows, showroom appointments, seasonal presentations, and buyer meetings. Manage product-related documents and timelines, including Line Sheets and Tech Packs. ■

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, Apparel, or Wholesale; internship experience may be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PivotTables and

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

preferred. Experience with PLM/ERP systems and B2B wholesale platforms such as NUORDER preferred. Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, or a related field preferred. ■
