You'll work directly with customers in a retail environment, represent retail campaigns professionally, and help create positive experiences throughout the customer journey. Core Responsibilities of an In-Store Promotions Associate Engage customers with a friendly, professional approach and create a welcoming retail experience. Introduce customers to client products, services, and available options based on their needs. Explain product features, benefits, and service options clearly and confidently. Assist customers with enrollment, account setup, and related sales activities. Work with teammates to support daily customer engagement and sales goals. Maintain a positive, organized, and professional retail environment throughout each customer interaction.
