Requirements
Merchandising Lead Candidate Profile We are seeking a strong Merchandising Lead who can take full ownership of two to three departments. The ideal candidate must have open availability, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and have a solid understanding of sales-floor merchandising, including product placement, signing, recovery, stocking, and visual presentation. This person should be dependable, organized, comfortable directing team members, and able to keep assigned departments customer-ready while meeting daily priorities. Key Qualifications
- Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Ability to lead and maintain two to three departments
- Strong understanding of sales-floor merchandising, product placement, signing, recovery, and presentation standards
- Ability to work efficiently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to delegate tasks, follow up, and hold team members accountable
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Reliable attendance and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily merchandising and recovery in assigned departments
- Ensure merchandise is stocked, signed, priced, and displayed according to company standards
- Identify floor opportunities and make timely merchandising adjustments
- Direct team members and verify that assigned work is completed
- Maintain clean, safe, and customer-ready departments
