Reset Specialist Pay Rate:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser / Reset Specialist to support beverage brands in grocery stores, mass retailers, drugstores, and big-box locations. This position focuses on large-scale merchandising resets, organizing product displays, and ensuring products are presented according to merchandising standards. The ideal candidate has previous retail reset experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with store personnel. Key Responsibilities Execute large-scale merchandising resets and display rearrangements at assigned retail locations. Reset and organize beverage displays featuring popular brands, including 7UP, Snapple, CORE, Bai, and other products. Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules with sales representatives and managers. Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and stocked according to merchandising plans. Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel while ensuring customer satisfaction. Identify additional sales and merchandising opportunities for sales representatives to pursue. Monitor competitor displays, product placement, and promotional activities, providing feedback to management. Travel between assigned retail stores throughout the designated territory. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications At least 2 years of prior retail reset or merchandising experience in grocery, mass retail, drugstore, or big-box environments. Valid driver's license. Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving merchandise. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow merchandising plans and instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with store personnel and sales teams. Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and complete assigned resets efficiently. Work Schedule & Environment Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. Work takes place at multiple retail locations within an assigned territory. Position requires frequent physical activity, merchandise handling, and traveling between stores.

Pay:
