Ira Green, Inc. is looking to fill a vacancy on our field team for a merchandiser at MCB Quantico. 10-20 hours a week . (With additional hours during Ball season, Sept-Nov). We contract independent, detail-oriented professionals with great communication skills to partner with AAFES and Marine Corps Exchange locations worldwide. This is a flexible 1099 contract position.

We have a strong team of field sales representatives serving our military bases on site with full support from our corporate in Providence, RI. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by ensuring that Marine Corps Insignia products are displayed effectively and inventory is managed efficiently. This position requires a knowledge of Marine Corps uniforms (basic knowledge and willing to learn) and an understanding of military trends to maximize sales potential. Responsibilities Execute visual merchandising strategies to create appealing product displays that align with brand standards. Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that arise. Collaborate with store leadership to implement promotional displays and sales strategies. Work directly with OEC Manager, Sales Director, and home office to identify merchandise needs within Quantico Marine Corps Exchange locations. Follow Base regulations at all times and retain a professional appearance and attitude. Required Skills Strong communication, time management skills. Base access or ability to obtain legal base access. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Leadership abilities to work collaboratively with team members and store management. Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records. Occasionally be able to lift up to 50lbs. Positive can do attitude! Nice to Have Skills Proficiency in visual design principles to create attractive merchandising displays.
