2945707233-2 Apply for this job now Job Description The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Traveling Retail Merchandiser to support leading CPG brands in major retailers. In this field-based role, you'll travel between stores to execute planograms, set and reset shelves, build displays, place signage, and ensure products are priced, stocked, and presented to standard. You will collect in-store data via mobile tools, share insights with Retail Operations, and collaborate with store teams to improve shopper experience and sales. This position fits candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, performance-driven culture focused on frontline execution, accountability, and long-term retail partnerships. Responsibilities Travel to assigned retail locations to execute merchandising programs Set, reset, and maintain shelves, displays, and promotional signage per planograms Audit on-shelf availability, pricing, and product placement; correct issues on-site Capture data and photos using company mobile tools and report visit results Partner with store teams and managers to secure optimal product placement and features Ensure brand standards, safety, and cleanliness for all assigned sections Plan efficient daily routes and manage time to complete scheduled store visits Communicate field insights to Retail Odyssey supervisors and analytics teams Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and execution Shelf set and reset Inventory auditing Retail math and basic analytics Use of merchandising/field reporting apps Time and route management Point-of-sale and display setup Communication with store management Lifting, stocking, and physical setup
