Driveline is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead retail merchandising execution across assigned territories. In this role, you will oversee field reps performing planogram resets, audits, new store and remodel projects, and ongoing retail service visits for major retailers and brands. You'll schedule and coordinate field teams, monitor performance using data and reporting tools, ensure quality and on-time completion, manage client expectations, and resolve onsite issues. The role requires strong retail operations experience, independent field work, and regular travel to store locations with some remote administrative work. Responsibilities Lead and manage field merchandisers across assigned retail territories Plan and schedule visits for resets, audits, and project work Ensure accurate execution of planograms and merchandising standards Monitor performance metrics and report results to leadership and clients Train, coach, and support field staff on procedures and best practices Resolve onsite issues, escalations, and staffing gaps quickly Maintain strong relationships with store managers and client contacts Use data and reporting tools to track completion, quality, and productivity Coordinate new store openings, remodels, and large-scale projects Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and budgets Required Skills Retail operations management Territory and route planning Planogram and merchandising execution Data analysis and reporting Project and time management Team leadership and coaching Client relationship management Budgeting and cost control Inventory and stock presentation MS Office/retail execution software
