Works collaboratively with the Store Manager and all staff in creating and maintaining a safe, secure, and profitable business.

Additional duties include:

receiving, purchasing store inventory, customer service Priorities 1. Merchandizing 2. Purchasing Inventory 3. Receiving 4. Assist Sales Floor 5. POS Primary Accountabilities Achieve Results 1. Identifies current and future client requirements through established rapport while maintaining strong product knowledge and market trends. 2. Keeps merchandise orderly, in stock, and secure. 3. Accurately input all incoming inventory. 4. Drives sales through teamwork to meet sales goals. 5. Manage POS system accurately and in a timely manner. 6. Monitor and maintain correct pricing on the floor and in the POS. Operational Excellence 1. Regularly review inventory and minimize loss. 2. Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal and health requirements. 3. Problem solve during peak times to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions. 5. Reports daily to the Store Manager as to any operational issues that might need addressed. Relationships 1. Establish and ensure collaborative, supporting relationships within the entire organization. 2. Establish and maintain positive, effective relationships with key resources, including external vendors, suppliers, and customers. Essential Functions / Key Competencies Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed accurately and in a timely manner Supervision and coaching of sales staff to maximize profits Firm grasp of technology to execute accurate job function as it relates to operational, management, and point of sales systems Experience 3+ yrs retail management/leadership CHP Other Extended work hours Must be able to physically audit and inspect all operations Must be able to stay on feet for extended periods of time
