Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service help keep repairs moving efficiently while creating a positive experience for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers, technicians, and service advisors in identifying the correct parts and accessories Looking up parts using electronic catalogs and dealership inventory systems Processing parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Receiving, unpacking, labeling, stocking, and organizing incoming parts shipments Maintaining accurate inventory and clean, organized storage areas Communicating with vendors regarding parts availability, delivery times, and special orders Accurately documenting parts transactions using the dealership management system (DMS) Supporting the service and sales departments by ensuring parts are available when needed Maintaining current knowledge of parts inventory, pricing, and manufacturer updates Assisting with inventory counts and stocking procedures Performing other duties as assigned to support department and dealership operations What Helps You Succeed We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Automotive parts experience is preferred, but candidates with strong retail, warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferred qualifications include:
Previous experience in an automotive parts position preferred; dealership experience is a plus Working knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), electronic parts catalogs, or inventory software Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening If you're looking for a career where your work directly supports the success of your team, your contributions are valued, and you have opportunities to grow, we'd love to meet you.
