General Clerk III and Fleet Management Clerk Tyndall AFB

Job Description

Position summary Provides customer service, advanced clerical support, fleet-data management, work-order administration, parts documentation, reports, and records control for the contract. Essential duties Receive customers, record reported deficiencies, coordinate vehicle intake, and support work-order opening within two hours. Enter, review, correct, and close maintenance and operation data in ELMS and IMDS after required access and training. Process labor-hour transactions, parts charges, odometer reconciliations, vehicle receipts, shipments, and status updates. Prepare weekly mission-capable reports, monthly files, maintenance reports, reimbursement records, and requested analyses. Maintain sales slips, vendor invoices, DD Form 1348 records, accident and abuse files, TCTO logs, equipment records, and employee listings. Track back-ordered and delayed parts, follow-up dates, estimated completion dates, warranties, and required approvals. Support parts purchasing, quote documentation, inventory, equipment custody, WAWF invoice backup, and Government data calls. Protect controlled information, keys, records, credentials, and Government computer access. Minimum requirements At least three years of progressively responsible clerical, fleet administration, maintenance-control, or records-management experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or additional business training preferred. Strong data-entry, Microsoft Office, customer service, filing, proofreading, and written communication skills. Ability to learn ELMS, IMDS, TRT, Air Force forms, and fleet-reporting requirements. Ability to obtain installation access, required suitability review, and Government computer-network access. Ability to complete information assurance, OPSEC, records custodian, supply, equipment custodian, and facility training as assigned.
Pay:
$18.52 - $19.52 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have access to military base property? Ability to learn ELMS, IMDS, TRT, Air Force forms, and fleet-reporting requirements. At least three years of progressively responsible clerical, fleet administration, maintenance-control, or records-management experience. Strong data-entry, Microsoft Office, customer service, filing, proofreading, and written communication skills.
