Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of: (7:00AM to 3:30PM) Monday through Friday A successful candidate has: 1-2 years in a shop or maintenance environment preferred Exceptional organizational & communication skills High attention to detail Able to lift up to 50 lbs. to physically move stock in the facility Experience with Microsoft office applications and the ability to type proficiently Responsibilities include: Administrative duties to support the location's Shop Manager Sort, review, organize and file various documentation (i.e preventative maintenance forms, invoices, printed emails, employee files) Utilize company software to order, review, send, receive and track parts in inventory as well as the ability to review mechanic's repair orders for accurate part disposition daily. Create, keep, and remind shop management of appointments and other priorities/tasks Answer phone calls to handle the issues, find the appropriate person to handle the issue or take a message and follow up. Communicate daily with shop leads to monitor timelines on projects/repairs.
