Overview We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Writer / Parts Representative to support our Service and Parts departments. This position works closely with customers, technicians, and internal teams to coordinate service repairs, prepare estimates, and assist with parts needs. Responsibilities Create and manage service estimates and communicate repair information to customers. Coordinate approved repairs with customers, technicians, and dispatch. Follow up with customers regarding estimates, repairs, and service satisfaction. Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter and answer incoming calls. Identify, quote, order, and invoice parts. Process parts returns, credits, and exchanges. Receive, stock, and ship parts while maintaining inventory accuracy. Ensure parts are accurately posted to work orders. Assist with other Service and Parts responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Mechanical aptitude or experience with parts/service operations preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license required. Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. Schedule Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Occasional schedule flexibility and overnight travel for training or visits to other locations may be required.
