Coordinate with other departmental representatives to request parts necessary for component assembly and to communicate part status as required by assigned area Coordinate with other departmental representatives to resolve process problems related to obtaining parts, components, assemblies, tools, and/or equipment Secure required materials as soon as they become available and expedite to the proper location for work or further handling Load/unload shipments Perform cycle count, perpetual, and work-in-progress inventories as required by assigned area Working knowledge of FAA regulations concerning Airworthiness Approval Tag (e.g. FAA Form 8130-3) and traceability by assigned area Working knowledge of Bombardier Business Aircraft Division (BBAD) after-market procedures concerning, for example, warranty, exchange, smart parts, and smart parts plus as required by assigned area Working knowledge of inventory transactions Thorough knowledge of Repair Station System inventory processes How to thrive in this role? Typically 3 years experience or the equivalent in one of the following areas: warehouse, shipping/receiving, tool crib, parts inventory, requisition, and stocking Ability to reconcile computerized inventory transactions and corresponding documentation Ability to assist other employees in the performance of their duties within area(s) of qualification Valid Kansas Class C Drivers License Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!
