This role is responsible for the full spare parts lifecycle — from warehouse organization and inventory accuracy, to supplier quotations, purchasing, and assignment of parts to work orders. Schedule Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 05:00 PM (availability for occasional off-hours support may be required) What You'll Do 1.

Warehouse Organization:

Inventory Management and Cycle Counting

• Perform criticality-based cycle counts
• Reconcile inventory variances
• Manage obsolete items disposition
• Monitor the spare parts warehouse to prevent inventory variances and financial write-offs 2.

Warehouse Organization:

Receiving and Inspection

• Assign spare parts to machines in the inventory system
• Assign warehouse location and labeling to received parts
• Prevent disorganization from the start of the receiving process 3. Supplier Quotations
• Request and collect quotes from suppliers
• Maintain an updated database of suppliers per spare part. 4. Spare Parts Purchasing
• Process purchases according to defined thresholds 5. Spare Parts Assignment to Work Order
• Participate in monthly and weekly planning meetings
• Manage the process for out-of-working-hours and normal-hours work orders
• Track planned spare parts status (Reserved, Kitted, Handed Over)
• Execute the formal spare parts issuance process, including physical handover to technicians and the corresponding inventory transactions Why This Role Matters This position directly contributes to:
