Responsibilities Provide expert assistance to customers by identifying their automotive parts needs through effective communication and product knowledge. Manage inventory control, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate records using tools like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems. Process sales transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks by understanding automotive repair procedures and troubleshooting vehicle systems. Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, product recommendations, and follow-up communication. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders promptly, manage stock levels, and optimize inventory turnover. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all automotive parts and accessories are properly stored and labeled. Experience Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, or parts sales within a dealership or retail environment. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management software such as CMMS or similar tools. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or POS systems is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
