Beaumont, Texas | $20.00-$25.00 per hour Bobcat of Beaumont is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong organizational skills, and is interested in construction and heavy equipment parts. Responsibilities Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone. Identify and locate the correct parts for Bobcat and other equipment. Process parts orders, sales, returns, and special orders. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Maintain accurate parts inventory and records. Receive, stock, organize, and label incoming parts. Work closely with service technicians to provide parts needed for repairs. Maintain a clean and organized parts department. Help monitor inventory levels and identify parts that need to be reordered. Qualifications Previous parts counter, automotive, equipment, or dealership experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of construction equipment, automotive, or mechanical parts is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable using computers and parts lookup systems. Ability to stay organized and handle multiple customers and requests. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Willingness to learn Bobcat equipment and parts systems.
