Job Description

Position and Responsibilities. 1.1 " Parts Specialist " 1.2. Services. The Employee will provide his services out of the RMA office in Ennis TX (Alma) . The Employee shall be assigned to report to the Parts and Warehouse Manager.
Daily task:
Parts Specialist - Rubble Master Americas A Parts Specialist at Rubble Master Americas is responsible for managing inventory, sourcing, and distributing the correct parts for equipment, ensuring availability for repairs and service, and supporting customers and technicians. Role Overview Rubble Master Americas is a leading manufacturer and distributor of heavy equipment, and the Parts Specialist plays a key role in keeping inventory accurate, parts available, and customer service efficient. This role bridges the gap between customers, service teams, and suppliers, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock records, monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and conduct audits to prevent loss or shortages
Customer & Technician Support:
Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts, providing guidance on specifications and compatibility
Order Processing:
Generate invoices, provide price estimates, and coordinate payments for parts orders
Receiving & Storage:
Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy, stock parts in the correct locations, and prepare them for shipment or pickup
Returns:
Handle defective parts returns, process exchanges.
Warehouse :
Daily warehouse responsibilities such as - Unpacking, organizing, Loading and unloading of product by use of Pallet jack and/or Forklift. (Tidiness in the warehouse is key to a safe and successful working environment.)
Lifting:
Ability to lift up to 150 LBS at times in the warehouse. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of parts and components for heavy equipment or vehicles. Proficiency in inventory management systems and order processing software. (Including Microsoft, Excel, word, etc. Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams to verify part specifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in automotive or heavy machinery parts management is preferred. Ability to work in the elements as the warehouse is not temperature controlled and will adjust to the seasons.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
