Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Runner/Data Entry professional to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for efficiently sourcing and delivering automotive parts, managing inventory movements, and ensuring accurate data entry within our systems. Your energetic approach will help streamline parts procurement, support customer service excellence, and maintain seamless logistics operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in supply chain management, automotive diagnostics, and parts administration while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Retrieve and deliver automotive parts and accessories promptly across the facility or to external vendors, ensuring timely supply chain flow. Accurately input data related to parts sourcing, inventory levels, purchase orders, and shipping details into inventory management systems and ERP platforms. Assist with parts sourcing by communicating with suppliers, negotiating pricing, and verifying availability through internal procurement management processes. Support warehouse management activities including inventory control, parts organization, and shipping & receiving procedures. Maintain detailed records of parts transactions, order statuses, and internal communication logs to ensure transparency and accountability. Collaborate with automotive service teams to understand vehicle systems and support diagnostics or repairs as needed. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office applications and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to update records and generate reports. Requirements Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, OEM parts sourcing, and automotive parts management. Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and logistics inventory management practices. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not mandatory. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry accuracy and inventory control. Effective internal communication skills for coordinating with team members, suppliers, and customers. Mechanical knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation purposes. Prior experience in shipping & receiving processes or warehouse management is advantageous. Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
