Efficiently multitask in a fast-past, customer centric environment. Duties and responsibilities Take customer orders or quotes by phone, fax, e-mail, or walk-in Analyze orders for accuracy, cross reference by serial number, enter orders in to WPI system Quote overhauls and spares as required Assist in keeping work area neat & clean Receive stock orders into system Assist in updating files, books and customer information Available for callout after 6 months from hire Receive emergency orders from vendors & update customer orders Attend training classes to increase product knowledge Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must High School Diploma or equivalent Some mechanical background or knowledge preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company Must have ability to maintain confidential information Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows based environment Must be dependable and work independent Must maintain good client relations Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (fax, scanner, printer copier, etc.).
