Summary Assists maintenance department with parts and provides administrative support to the Maintenance Planner Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities Creates new JDE equipment numbers Creates and maintains BOMs for all equipment Monitors parts checked out of the stock room to ensure they are checked out to the correct pieces of equipment. Supports mechanics when they need help finding part numbers or equipment information Maintains preventative maintenance routes for mechanics Prints pocket cards Performs other duties as assigned Typical Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Relevant Experience One plus year related experience and/or training Good knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Ability to learn new software systems Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
