We are currently seeking an Automotive Parts Associate to join our team! You will sell parts and help maintain and organize parts inventory. Responsibilities:

Sell parts to retail customers and wholesale customers Ship parts to customers Receive parts and stock them into inventory Parts delivery Answer parts phone calls Conduct regular inventory counts Process orders for parts (wholesale & retail) Check parts availability Greet and help customers in a timely manner Offer product recommendations and explain features & benefits When appropriate, upsell related parts, accessories, or maintenance Keep open line of communication with service department Assist technicians and service in locating correct parts for repairs Maintain a clean space Communicate part arrival with customers and service/sales departments ​

Qualifications:

Previous automotive dealership parts experience is preferred. (1+ years) Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams, catalogs, and service manuals Organized and detail-oriented Willingness to learn Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills Accuracy under pressure Ability to handle customer complaints or issues diplomatically Initiative Good communication and customer service skills Good phone and computer skills Able to work in a fast pace environment Positive Attitude and Honest Must be 18 years old or older Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

The Overturf family dealership has served the Tri-Cities for over 60 years. We have a busy parts department that services our service department, retail customers, and wholesale customers.
