Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, personalized service, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the service team to facilitate order fulfillment, vehicle maintenance scheduling, and parts availability for repairs. Utilize Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word for reporting, inventory tracking, and documentation purposes. Engage in retail sales strategies including marketing initiatives to promote automotive parts and accessories effectively. Apply mechanical troubleshooting skills to assist customers with automotive diagnostics or basic vehicle maintenance questions. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by stocking shelves efficiently and managing inventory levels proactively. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases. Proficiency with inventory management software such as CMMS or similar tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel is preferred.
