Full-Time | In-Person Job Description Vaulted Rarities is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Card Pricing Specialist & Production Associate . This is a hybrid position combining trading card pricing and valuation with hands-on production of Vaulted Rarities products. A major part of this position will involve identifying and accurately pricing individual Pokémon and

The Gathering cards . We will provide training on our pricing systems, tools, and processes, so extensive previous pricing experience is not required. The other portion of the position will involve producing and assembling Vaulted Rarities products. Production needs can change from day to day, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable learning multiple processes and moving between pricing and production based on the needs of the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys trading cards, is highly detail-oriented, and wants to turn that interest into a full-time position within the collectibles industry. Primary ResponsibilitiesCard Pricing & Valuation Identify Pokémon and
Magic:
The Gathering cards accurately. Research current card values using multiple pricing tools and methods. Learn and follow Vaulted Rarities' internal pricing procedures. Evaluate cards based on set, printing, rarity, condition, and other relevant characteristics. Sort cards into appropriate pricing and inventory categories. Maintain a high level of accuracy while working through large quantities of cards. Identify cards requiring additional research or management review. Stay organized while handling cards across different games, sets, and price ranges. Assist with pricing and inventory projects as needed. Full training on our pricing methods and systems will be provided. Vaulted Rarities Production Assemble and produce Vaulted Rarities products according to established specifications. Select and organize the appropriate cards and components for each product. Package, seal, label, and prepare finished products. Follow production sheets, product requirements, and quality-control procedures. Verify product contents before products are completed. Perform quality-control checks to ensure products meet company standards. Sort and organize trading cards and production materials. Maintain organized production stations and inventory areas. Assist with receiving, moving, and organizing inventory. Transition between pricing and production responsibilities depending on daily business needs. Collectors, players, sellers, LGS employees, breakers, or anyone with a strong familiarity with trading cards are encouraged to apply.
