ARE YOU ONE OF US?

This position belongs to the Business Development Team. This position is responsible for providing quotations and assisting customers with shipment-related inquiries. Provide customers with estimates and prices standard that keeps our services competitive. Work together with multiple departments as needed to ensure accurate quotes and availability. Follow up on quotations and modify as necessary. Provide the corresponding team with the information they need to evaluate and/or execute their required tasks. Develop custom reports using transportation management system and Excel. Update internal system or reference accordingly. Assume other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Beginner to intermediate Excel skills. Ability to work independently and drive success with minimum supervision. Passion for continuous improvement and driven by results. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills and professional e-mail etiquette. Effective oral and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree required. Statistics or business related majors preferred. Experience in freight forwarding/trucking industry is a plus.
