Sales Brand Ambassador Catalyst is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Retail Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you'll represent a leading telecommunications client inside a high-traffic retail environment. You'll serve as a direct connection between the brand and potential customers—starting conversations, identifying customer needs, educating them on available products and services, and generating qualified leads. This is an active, customer-facing position designed for someone who enjoys talking to people, working toward goals, and being part of a performance-driven team. What You'll Do Represent our telecommunications client professionally in a retail environment Proactively approach and engage customers throughout your shift Learn and confidently communicate information about current products, services, promotions, and offers Learn and utilize approved sales scripts, talking points, and customer engagement techniques Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities Generate and qualify customer leads Accurately collect and document required customer information Work toward individual and team-based performance goals Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development Maintain a professional, energetic presence while representing the client What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are confident, coachable, dependable, and comfortable initiating conversations with the public. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or marketing is helpful, but not required. We provide training on the client, campaign, sales process, and expectations.
