Duties Represent the brand confidently at retail stores, promotional events, and community gatherings to attract attention and generate interest. Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging product trial and purchase. Collect valuable customer data during events to support marketing campaigns and improve outreach strategies. Build rapport with customers through friendly communication, personalized service, and attentive listening to foster lasting relationships. Promote products actively by explaining their value propositions, handling sales objections professionally, and closing sales effectively. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless event execution, maintain branding consistency, and optimize customer experience. Skills Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service. Strong data collection skills to accurately record customer information and feedback during promotional activities. Experience in event marketing or promotional campaigns to plan, execute, and evaluate successful outreach efforts. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, client interaction, and team collaboration. Knowledge of retail store products combined with technical proficiency to demonstrate features effectively. Customer relationship building skills that foster trust and loyalty through personalized engagement. Ability to handle sales objections confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
