Collect data on customer preferences and feedback to inform future marketing strategies and product offerings. Handle sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems; process payments and provide receipts with professionalism. Build lasting relationships with customers by offering personalized service, handling objections gracefully, and encouraging repeat visits. Skills Previous experience in food service or retail environments that involved direct customer interaction. Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in person and via social media platforms; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of local food products, retail merchandising, and event marketing techniques. Ability to demonstrate products effectively through demos or sampling while maintaining high energy levels.
