Responsibilities Represent the Tama Tea brand at various events by setting up engaging product demos and sampling stations to attract and educate customers Actively promote our tea products through in-person interactions, social media management, and live demonstrations to boost brand awareness Collect customer data during events to enhance marketing strategies and improve product offerings Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional in-person service, answering questions, and handling sales objections confidently Manage social media platforms by sharing event highlights, engaging content, and responding to customer inquiries to increase online visibility Assist in event marketing efforts by coordinating logistics, setting up displays, and ensuring a lively atmosphere that encourages customer participation Maintain retail store product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits of our teas while promoting new products or special offers Qualifications Previous experience in food service or retail sales is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to speak bilingually is a plus for reaching diverse audiences Proven ability to handle sales objections with confidence and professionalism Experience in social media management or digital marketing is desirable Passion for promoting products through demos, branding initiatives, and public speaking engagements Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and fostering customer engagement Technical proficiency with smartphones or tablets for data collection and social media updates Ability to work independently at events while maintaining a lively, energetic presence that embodies the Tama Tea brand This paid position is perfect for energetic individuals eager to showcase their marketing talents while sharing their love of tea. Pay:
