This Brand Ambassador role is a customer-facing sales opportunity where you'll meet directly with prospective customers, learn about how they use internet services at home, and introduce available Kinetic high-speed internet and fiber solutions. You do not need years of sales experience to get started. The Brand Ambassador role is designed for someone who communicates well, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to develop practical sales skills through hands-on experience and ongoing coaching. What You'll Be Doing As A Brand Ambassador Connect directly with prospective customers to introduce Kinetic internet and fiber services Start conversations about customers' current internet service, usage, and connectivity needs Introduce available Kinetic internet and fiber service options Explain plan features, service benefits, pricing, and current offers in a clear and straightforward way Help customers understand how different internet options may fit their household needs As a Brand Ambassador, confidently answer questions and address concerns throughout the sales conversation Recommend appropriate Kinetic solutions based on the information customers share Guide interested customers through the enrollment and account setup process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales Work toward individual and Brand Ambassador team performance goals Stay informed about Kinetic services, campaign updates, and available promotions Participate in regular Brand Ambassador coaching and training focused on sales communication, product knowledge, customer engagement, and professional development What Will Help You Succeed As Brand Ambassador Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Strong communication and active listening skills Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor Motivated by goals and measurable progress Willing to learn and apply feedback Reliable and able to manage responsibilities independently Enjoys working in an active, people-focused environment Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, or sales can be helpful, but is not required Start Building Real Sales Experience As A Brand Ambassador At Vertex Management, you'll have the opportunity to build experience in customer acquisition, telecommunications sales, relationship building, and account enrollment while representing the Kinetic campaign.
