Full Job Description Project Coordinator/Brand Ambassador:
New England Window and Door dba Pella Windows and Doors - Serving Maine and New Hampshire, an innovative, dynamic, growing company is now looking for a Project Coordinator/Brand Ambassador to work out of our Bedford showroom. We need a confident, self-motivated individual who is focused on details and thrives being faced with a challenge. We provide independence and a fun work environment. Friday Job Responsibilities:
Qualify sales leads for all divisions and assist with service requests Ensure all sales transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner Secure appointments for sales staff Field all calls, greet and assist customers who visit the showroom accordingly Maintain a world class image of the showroom by carrying out daily and weekly checklists Through training and learning, provide product expertise education to customers Assist outside sales representatives with customer service tasks and outbound follow up calls Responsible for coordinating the order entry, purchasing, scheduling, releasing, delivery, and possible installation of customer orders in a timely manner Ensuring that each detail in the customer's order is addressed by managing orders from the point of contract through final resolution, which includes post installation and/or service issues Work closely with sales & install teams, order fulfillment teams and 3rd party providers to achieve and provide excellent customer satisfaction Occasional local travel required
Communication Skills:
Ability to read, interpret, understand, and explain documents such as sales processes, product specifications or warranty manuals Ability to effectively present information to others, gather information from others, and respond appropriately to questions from customers, coworkers, and managers Must display excellent phone and email etiquette Must be able to present appropriate attitude for the situation when interacting with customers or coworkers
Professional Skills:
Must be pro-active, self-disciplined, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion Attention to detail is required Demonstrate organizational skills, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Must be able to develop trust, respect, and confidence of customers, coworkers, and managers Must be able to investigate issues and resolve conflict in the best interests of the business and our customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred Retail, construction industry or 1-2 years in related customer service experience a plus Demonstrate a record of success supported by results and achievements Computer proficiency and ability to learn industry related software Individual's motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements
