Party Line Rentals, one of the region's top event rental companies, is looking for a full-time Event Rental Sales Specialist to join our growing team! We provide high-quality tents, tables, chairs, linens, china, and more — everything needed to bring events to life, from backyard parties to black-tie galas.

Important:

Please do not apply if you do not have sales experience. This role requires proven experience working directly with customers to generate sales.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers. Respond to phone calls, emails, and web inquiries — and turn them into bookings. Guide clients through the rental process with expert advice and product recommendations. Create quotes, proposals, and rental orders. Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth delivery and service. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each event. Stay current on our product offerings and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience is required — preferably in events, hospitality, or rentals. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Team player with a strong work ethic. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
