JOB SUMMARY

• To ensure guest satisfaction, the hospitality lodging staff will be responsible for registering guests, making and modifying reservations, cleaning rooms and concierge duties.

Individuals must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES

• Booking arrival and departures.
• Managing and scheduling of housekeeping and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel/lodge.
• Deep cleaning of assigned areas, setting-up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby and/or lodge lobby functions; including the coffee service and nightly concierge events, meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Greet Hotel guest and assist guest at all levels during their stay.
• Completing all duties and responsibilities required based on standard/policies taught during training.

SECONDARY DUTIES

Responsibilities vary by job description and shift, may include but not limited to the following.

• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel
• Deep cleaning of the assigned areas which may include, lobby, event and meeting spaces, rooms, and restrooms.
• Scheduling and managing staff.
• Setting up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions including coffee service and nightly concierge events.
• Cleaning up and setting up meeting room functions and event spaces.
• Answering phones, booking reservations, confirming reservations.
• Checking guests in and out of rooms.
