Now Hiring Leasing Agent for fast-paced, 114 unit luxury apartment community. Professionally managed by Western Management, LLC operating 44 residential communities in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Western Management is committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable place to live for people who are looking for a community-oriented, residential setting. The perfect candidate must exhibit patience, enjoy face to face interaction, must manage time wisely, be detail-oriented, and want to have fun! Proficiency with computers required. Experience in property management is required.

Some duties include:

Answering phones and greeting guests Sales demonstration and closing Qualifying prospective residents Assisting residents and maintenance staff with service requests for repairs Assist in maintaining a customer-centric environment This position is a part-time leasing agent position (30 hours per week) Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. Hourly pay is based on experience. Monthly bonus structure will be provided. Applicant must be able to pass a drug, criminal, and credit screening. Must be 18 or older to apply. Please no drop-ins.
