What You'll Do As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you'll be the face of our community — guiding people through the leasing process and making sure current residents feel taken care of. Leasing & Sales Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins, and turn interest into signed leases Lead property tours that highlight what makes the community stand out Use strong sales skills to help hit occupancy goals Prepare accurate, compliant lease agreements and keep resident files complete Follow up with prospects so good leads don't fall through the cracks Resident Experience Be the go-to person for prospective and current residents Make move-ins smooth, organized, and welcoming Manage renewals to keep retention strong Help plan community events that bring residents together Handle questions and concerns with patience and professionalism Operations & Compliance Keep resident records current in Yardi and CRM IQ Run credit and background checks on applicants Track rental rates, occupancy, and leasing performance Collect rent, fees, and security deposits Stay compliant with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and DRE requirements Submit and follow up on maintenance requests Walk the property regularly and flag anything that needs attention Marketing & Community Presence Keep vacant units polished and tour-ready Contribute ideas to social media and outreach efforts Keep listings and signage accurate and up to date Use company-approved AI tools to work more efficiently — while keeping data privacy and company standards front and center What You Bring A genuine interest in people, and the people skills to back it up Sales ability that feels natural, not pushy Experience with property management software (Yardi's a plus) An eye for detail, especially when it comes to contracts and compliance Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the community needs it A team-first attitude Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay, full-time, non-exempt: $19.71-$27.40/hour Full health coverage - medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability Set schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (includes a 30-minute meal period) Strong retirement support: 401(k) with a liberal company match Time to recharge: paid vacation and sick time programs Local perks: access to the Local Coastal Housing Partnership benefits A team that has your back: join a company with six decades of stability and a genuine investment in its people Ready to Join Us?
