Compensation:

$50,000 - $150,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers. Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings. Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients, fostering trust and satisfaction. Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice. Utilize company-provided training and mentorship to continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the buying or selling process.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients. Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals. Willingness to learn and adapt, using company-provided training and mentorship to enhance your real estate knowledge. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared marketing strategies and client solutions. Strong negotiation skills, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining positive relationships.
