Your expertise in property leasing, administrative skills, and knowledge of property management tools will drive occupancy rates and foster positive relationships with residents and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing options to inspire confidence and excitement. Manage lease or rental agreement processes accurately using property management systems such as RentManager, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards. Conduct property tours, highlighting features that meet client needs while upselling additional services or amenities to maximize occupancy and revenue. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, and landlord-tenant law to ensure compliance in all leasing activities. Handle client communication professionally via phone, email, and in person, resolving questions or concerns promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Facilitate conflict management by addressing tenant issues diplomatically and working collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of lease agreements, rent payments, maintenance requests, and client interactions using property management tools like Microsoft Office and CMMS systems. Assist with property maintenance coordination and facilities management to ensure the community remains attractive and well-maintained for residents. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or leasing roles with a strong background in property management administrative functions. Familiarity with property management software (RentManager) Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms is highly desirable. Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and legal administrative procedures. Excellent customer service skills paired with effective negotiation abilities to close leases confidently while building lasting relationships. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for contracts, data entry, filing systems, and maintaining accurate records. Office experience including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and client relationship management tools. Ability to manage conflict professionally while demonstrating strong communication skills via phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions. Pay:
