$65,000 - $85,000 yearly About the Opportunity TalentoHC is partnering with a growing title insurance agency seeking a Senior Title Closer to join its team. This role will be responsible for independently managing high-volume residential and commercial title closings, from intake through final title policy, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in full-cycle title closing and a proven ability to manage 30-40+ files per month with accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume title agency. This opportunity offers the chance to take full ownership of the closing process for a growing agency, working closely with realtors, lenders, attorneys, and clients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle residential and commercial closings from intake through final title policy Review and approve settlement statements, closing disclosures, and loan documents Clear title requirements and resolve liens, judgments, and title defects Coordinate funding and execute accurate disbursement of funds Ensure timely recording of legal documents Issue final title policies once all requirements are met Analyze title searches and public records for accuracy and risk Review surveys, legal descriptions, and plats Communicate with realtors, lenders, attorneys, and clients throughout the transaction Work closely with processors, including remote teams, to maintain workflow efficiency Prepare title abstracts and title opinions when required Qualifications Active Florida Title Agent License 5+ years of title closing experience Proven ability to manage 30-40+ files per month independently Experience working with processors, including remote processors Proficiency with title software (Qualia preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to perform under deadlines in a high-volume environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with commercial closings Background in title examination or abstracting Ability to mentor or support team members About TalentoHC Build Your Best Team Yet Executive Search | Talent Strategy | Human Capital Consulting TalentoHC is a global executive search and human capital consulting firm helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams that drive growth and transformation.
